Perry Street Loft

Presented with the exciting opportunity of participating in the revitalization of Montgomery's historic downtown district, Cherry McNab accepted the invitation wholeheartedly. The 2,600 square foot loft on Perry Street, layered in years of neglect and disuse, was acquired by local developer Byron Berry who, with a clear vision of bringing new life to the downtown area, collaborated with Cherry McNab to revitalize and restore this beautiful landmark. The original brick walls were cleaned and left bare, the warm antique hardwood flooring refinished and polished and the vintage pressed-tin ceiling that had obtained a rich, dark patina over the years was revealed. Each of these unique elements were taken into account during the design process and woven seamlessly into the overall plan which includes many modern, state of the art details that the Loft's owners will enjoy for years to come.
