Midtown Shopping Center is a multiple tenant project master planned for three phases of construction. The first phase, a 22,100 square foot building, was completed in 2007 as well as the 3,033 square foot second phase. The third phase of the project, a 5,880 square foot shell will be completed in 2009. The distinctive design of the complex makes use of cultured stone and scored stucco to provide an aesthetically pleasing facade that is reminiscent of contemporary carribean architecture.
